"As Is" Provision:
The 3D model is provided on an "as is" basis. You assume all risks associated with its use. free3D.io offers no warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the model's performance, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

No Claims on Quality or Standards:
free3D.io explicitly disclaims any responsibility for claims relating to the quality of the 3D model or its adherence to any particular standards. The user must independently assess the model's suitability for their intended use.

Limitation of Liability:
free3D.io is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the 3D model. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to personal data and legal compliance. free3D.io does not have the means or authority to monitor or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted data or the legal implications of using the model.

Modification Rights:
Users are granted the liberty to modify or expand upon the 3D model. However, any modifications are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original model.

File Formats and Compatibility:
The models are primarily provided in *.3DS and *.GSM formats. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their software and hardware.

Prohibited Uses:
The models must not be used in any way that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, discrimination, or harmful actions towards individuals or groups.

Indemnification:The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless free3D.io from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from the use of the 3D model.
